Discova is searching for a talented individual with strong leadership attributes and experience in the DMC industry

Responsibilities:

• To drive change in the region that will ensure the delivery of amazing in-destination travel experiences for our customers
• Have a strong compelling vision aligned with Discova's values and ability to communicate direction and goals within region
• Develop and maintain good business relationships with key business partners
• Deploy the Discova brand attributes and value proposition to create a unique positioning in each market.
• Deploy Discova brand standards and one-best-way systems that optimise customer experience and operational productivity.
• Represent the company to key partners, suppliers, government authorities or tourism boards. Be the face of Discova in your region.
• Lead a strong leadership team of country managers driving a high standard of customer and operational excellence
• Set goals and deadlines and discipline these being met
• Collaborate with product and contracting teams to deliver product excellence in each market

THE ESSENTIALS

• Minimum 5 years of Senior Leadership experience leading other leaders to success
• Minimum tertiary qualifications of a Bachelor Degree in travel, tourism, hospitality or business related subjects
• Experience in driving multi-disciplined team across different cultures, formulating strategy and future direction for that group
• English fluency - verbal and written
